TERMS OF SERVICE
Xtreme Boston Detailing & Graphics Inc. Express Detail Subscription Service
EFFECTIVE July 15,2024
THIS AGREEMENT IS A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT AND YOU HAVE A DUTY TO READ THIS AGREEMENT BEFORE USING THE MAINTENANCE DETAIL SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE. THROUGH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, YOU MANIFEST YOUR ASSENT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED WITHIN THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY CANCEL YOUR MAINTENANCE DETAIL SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE BY NOTIFYING Xtreme Boston Detailing & Graphics Inc. VIA EMAIL AT xtremebostoninc@gmail.com OR BY CALLING 978-396-0511 DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS . Xtreme Boston Detailing & Graphics Inc. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY, AMEND, REPLACE, SUSPEND, OR TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME AND WITHIN ITS SOLE DISCRETION. IN THE EVENT XTREME BOSTON DETAILING & GRAPHICS INC. MODIFIES, AMENDS, OR REPLACES THIS AGREEMENT, THE EFFECTIVE DATE, LOCATED AT THE TOP OF THIS PAGE, WILL CHANGE. YOUR USE OF THE MAINTENANCE DETAIL SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE AFTER A CHANGE IN THE EFFECTIVE DATE CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF ANY MODIFICATION, AMENDMENT, OR REPLACEMENT.
AGREEMENT:
Xtreme Boston Detailing & Graphics Inc. agrees to perform Maintenance Detail service(s) as described within menu of services available at our business location of 22 C Lonergan Rd. in Middleton, MA 01949 or by visiting our menu page on our website www.xtremeboston.com.
This agreement in whole shall be considered binding upon both parties and their assignees or successors, including subsequent title holders for the vehicle being serviced.
PRICING:
Monthly service fee is charged each month recurring on the subscriber's original day of start. (Example, if your initial starting payment is made on the 18th of the month, your service will run the 18th of the current month to the 18th of the follow month and continue in that manner for the duration of the subscription with the subscriber’s monthly payment being deducted on the 18th of each month.) Monthly service fee includes the number of Maintenance Details subscribed per month. Unused services do not carry over to the following month. Services must be used or forfeited. Payment processing is processed by Square, Inc. 1455 Market St. Suite 600 San Francisco, CA 94103, or for those subscribed prior to September 1, 2021 PayPal Holdings, Inc. of San Jose, CA. Xtreme Boston Detailing & Graphics Inc. is not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors in any way made by payment service providers and reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors. All Maintenance Subscription Service sales are final.
START UP:
Contact Xtreme Boston Detailing & Graphics directly via email xtremebostoninc@gmail.com or via phone / text 978-396-0511 to initiate service and begin service. Appointments must be scheduled initially a minimum of 72 hours prior to desired service, and 24 hours prior to desired future service for the duration of the Maintenance Detail Subscription Service.
PICK UP AND DROP OFF SERVICE:
Pick up and drop service is available at no charge to subscribers with vehicles located in Middleton, Lynnfield, W. Peabody, Rt. 62 area of N. Reading from the Middleton town line to Rt. 28, Topsfield, Danvers, Boxford, & N. Andover Massachusetts. At this time, any vehicle requiring pick up / drop off service will require a 3-hour window for service. NO EXCEPTIONS AT THIS TIME. Depending on your neighborhood, one off street parking spot may be required to allow Xtreme Boston Detailing & Graphics Inc. to leave a swap for service vehicle. Dogs must be leashed away from pick / up drop off zone.
CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING:
Cancellation of and / or rescheduling of service must be made 24 hours prior to scheduled service. Failure to do so will result in loss of that scheduled service for that month. Example, if you have subscribed to two services per month and you cancel one of those services in under 24 hours before the scheduled service time, you lose that service for the month and would now have one service remaining for that month.
Complete cancellation of the Maintenance Detail Subscription Service can made at any time. Please email us at xtremeboston.inc@gmail.com and simply state your name and "Cancel Subscription Service" NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations. No exceptions.
REJECTED VEHICLES:
Vehicles in poor condition will be rejected for the Maintenance Detailing Subscription Service. Vehicles in poor condition must have a Level 2 Interior Detailing Service performed prior to beginning the Maintenance Detail Subscription Service. Condition inspections are available at no charge during normal business hours. Xtreme Boston Detailing & Graphics Inc. reserves the right to reject any vehicle. NO REFUNDS will be given for SCHEDULED rejected vehicles.
RESTRICTIONS:
Maintenance Detail Subscription Service is available to private vehicle owners only. The Maintenance Detail Subscription Service is NOT available to vehicle dealers, automotive service facilities of any sort or any automotive service providers.
HOLIDAYS:
Regular holidays shall include New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Day After, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, unless you are notified otherwise by Xtreme Boston Detailing & Graphics Inc.
AUTHORIZATION:
By subscribing to the Xtreme Boston Detailing & Graphics Inc. Maintenance Detail Subscription Service, the subscriber hereby certifies that he / she has read the entire above agreement, complies with the agreement, and has the legal right to authorize services for the subscribed vehicle, either through legal ownership, lease rights, or written authorization from the vehicle’s owner. By subscribing, the subscriber authorizes Xtreme Boston Detailing & Graphics Inc. and its employees to take the steps necessary to perform the service listed in this agreement including any necessary on-road driving of the subscribed vehicle for service pick up and or delivery.
